Rotary Club of Truro

The Rotary Club of Truro has a long history of providing service to the community both locally and internationally. In addition to providing assistance to countless individuals with special needs for medical treatment or equipment over the years, the Club has continued to focus on the needs of children with disabilities. The club had provided decade's long support for Camp Tidnish. The 60 member Club is also committed to the Colchester Community Workshop and has helped finance its building known as Rotary House. Internationally, the Club has contributed generously to the Polio Plus campaign of Rotary International to help eliminate polio and to many other projects around the world. We fully expect Rotary to serve a dynamic and vital function in both the local and international communities for many years to come. Since 1926, the Rotary Club of Truro has been part of service and benevolence in the community of Truro as well as internationally. A strong and active club with an average of 60 members, the Rotary Club of Truro meets Monday at 12:00 noon at the Best Western Glengarry, 150 Willow St. Truro.
